验证服务条款

1. 服务说明

证书验证服务是应企业或本人要求，向我们提供证书扫描件及必要信息，由 Runlink 通过发证机构公开渠道联系并核实证书真实性的服务。核验结论分为四种：真实（authentic）、伪造（fake）、过期（expired）、无法核实（unverifiable）。

2. 数据用途与保护

（1）您提交的证书扫描件、持证人姓名、证书编号等信息仅用于与发证机构进行核验，不用于任何其他商业目的；
（2）未经您同意，我们不联系证书持有人，不向除发证机构以外的任何第三方透露您的提交内容；
（3）核验完成后，证书扫描件保存期限不超过 90 天，到期删除；核验记录（结果、日期、编号）作为服务凭证长期保存，其中不含证书影像件；
（4）您可以随时通过 aiHR@runlink.tech 要求删除与您相关的提交数据，我们在 7 个工作日内处理。

3. 报告与查验码

每份验证报告附有 16 位查验码。任何人都可以在 runlinkai.com/verify/check.html 输入查验码核实报告真伪。请知悉：PDF 报告文件本身可能被复制或篡改，报告有效性以查验页结果为准。报告被新版替代时，查验页会显示替代关系。

4. 结果含义与责任限制

核验结论基于发证机构在核验当日的回复。部分机构回复缓慢或拒绝配合时，结论可能为「无法核实」，该结论不构成对证书真假的判断。Runlink 对因使用或信赖核验结论而产生的间接损失不承担责任。验证服务费在结论出具后不予退还，但「无法核实」的结论不收取核验费用（如已收取将退回）。

1. The Service

Credential verification is performed at the request of an employer or the certificate holder. You provide certificate scans and necessary details; Runlink contacts the issuing authority through its official channels to confirm authenticity. Each certificate receives one of four outcomes: authentic, fake, expired, or unverifiable.

2. Data Use & Protection

(1) The certificate scans, holder names and certificate numbers you submit are used solely to verify with the issuing authority and for no other commercial purpose;
(2) We do not contact the certificate holder without your consent, and we do not disclose your submission to any third party other than the issuing authority;
(3) Certificate scans are deleted within 90 days after verification; verification records (outcome, date, reference number) are retained as service evidence without the scanned images;
(4) You may request deletion of your submitted data at any time via aiHR@runlink.tech; we process requests within 7 working days.

3. Reports & Verification Codes

Every report carries a 16-digit verification code. Anyone can confirm a report at runlinkai.com/verify/check.html. Note that PDF files can be copied or altered; the lookup page is the authoritative record. When a report is superseded, the lookup page shows the replacement relationship.

4. Outcome Meaning & Limitation of Liability

Outcomes reflect the issuing authority's response on the verification date. Some authorities respond slowly or decline to cooperate; the outcome is then "unverifiable", which is not a judgement on authenticity. Runlink is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or reliance on verification outcomes. Fees are non-refundable once an outcome is issued, except that no fee is charged for an "unverifiable" outcome (any fee collected will be refunded).
