Runlink AI HR是面向出海企业、在尼日利亚运营的AI招聘技术平台，严格遵守尼日利亚联邦共和国1999宪法（经修订）、《2023数据保护法 NDPA》、NDPC《2025 GAID实施指引》以及《2018联邦竞争与消费者保护法 FCCPA》。
✅ 平台定位：仅为信息对接与AI筛选技术服务商，非雇主、非劳务中介，不介入企业与候选人之间的雇佣关系，不对用工纠纷、薪资纠纷、简历真实性承担赔偿责任。
Platform Compliance Position
Runlink AI HR is an AI recruitment technology platform operating in Nigeria for global outbound enterprises. All operations comply with the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), NDPC General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025 and Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA).
✅ Platform Status: We operate solely as an information matching and AI screening technology provider. We are not an employer or labour agent. We do not enter into employment contracts and accept no liability for employment disputes, salary default or authenticity of CVs.
平台风控体系
- ✅ 企业准入核验：入驻提交CAC注册证书；平台保留抽查补充资料的权利，通过企业带有Verified认证标识；
- ✅ 岗位人工复核上架：过滤虚假招聘、歧视条款、向求职者收费的违规岗位；
- ✅ 反造假规则：AI仅标记疑点，处罚全部人工复核；首次核实造假50%曝光限流，二次核实造假永久拉黑；风控标记仅限平台内部使用，不对外公示黑名单；
- ✅ 授权解锁模式：候选人同意之后，企业付费方可查看完整联系方式；
- ✅ AI报告定位：AI简历分析报告仅作为招聘辅助参考，不构成录用决定依据。
Our Compliance & Risk Framework
- ✅ Employer KYC: CAC certificate required for registration. The Platform reserves the right to request supplementary documents for spot checks. Verified employers carry a Verified badge;
- ✅ Manual job review before publication. Fake recruitment, discriminatory terms and employer-side candidate-fee schemes are rejected;
- ✅ Anti-fraud rule: AI only raises risk flags, all sanctions require manual review. First verified fraud: 50% visibility restriction. Second verified fraud: permanent block. Risk markers are internal only; no public blacklist;
- ✅ Consent-based CV unlock: Full contact details are released only after candidate consent and employer payment;
- ✅ AI report scope: AI CV analysis is for reference only and shall not be treated as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
